2. Item Condition: Items must be completely unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains, scents, or perfumes. All original tags and packaging must remain completely intact.
3. Proof of Purchase & Unboxing Video: A valid order confirmation, invoice, or registered order ID is required. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, a clear, continuous Unboxing Video recorded during package opening is mandatory as authentic proof.
